No te hagas pendejo.
If you wanted to do it, you would have done it. There’s a reason you’re okay with being comfortable even though every other thing out of your mouth is talking about growth and change. You have a library of books for self-help, yet that’s about the only self-help you got.
That’s why I’ve said it time and time again, but motivation is bullshit. It’s a made-up thing that fades away once everything feels just to be pushing you down each time you feel you’re close to getting to the goal. Do you even know what the goal is, or are you just up to bat trying to swing at whatever comes by?
How would you explain to everyone counting on you that you were “pretty sure” that you were making all the correct moves?
Even worse, how would you feel if you walked into a room full of people that told you to be realistic, to grow up, or that you couldn’t do it? Would you even be able to walk into a room without doing what you said you’d fucking do?
From here on out, fuck motivation and focus on discipline. Wake up every day like you have to pay rent to your future self and remind yourself that rent is due every fucking day. Start at 1% and work your way up. Don’t allow anybody else to be why your cup is full; overflow to pour into others instead.
